I wanted to share a little information about the title picture of this page. I pass this small park everyday on the way to work. The park is a very special place to me; the gazebo is where I proposed to and married my wife, (there was some time between the two events). One morning I decided to stop and take a picture. The sun was not up, if you notice the clock in the right of the picture it reads 5:50, this gave me the chance to make the photograph with out anybody being in the scene. I really like the way the light from the clock and street pole help frame the shot. Notice how the sky behind the gazebo fades from dark blue at the bottom to black at the top as the sun starts the day.

I love your photo!
It was so 'perfect' I wondered if it was edited with Photoshop or a stock photo.
You've captured it very well. I'm drawn in to the space.
Nicely done!
It's beautiful. I would love to invite you to join my new Meme, Oh Snap - It's Friday. We'll be posting photos each Friday on anything that lifts the spirit. If interested in joining, please leave a comment on my blog, on the Oh Snap post.

Oh that picture is just lovely, I had to read about it, what a romantic place; I hope you have a large print of this in your home. It is indeed perfectly framed. Thank you for sharing.
Very nice capture. It truly deserves the spot you've given it!
you've captured a special spot SO beautifully!
Ken, your special spot that I would like to see decorated for the holidays! :)
Beautiful photo - I actually thought it was a park in East London near where I used to live. We have a bandstand that looks very much like this.
I'm here cause of your Wordless Wednesday Friday pic - so 'hi!' from southern England.
Peaceful scene. Your pictures are excellent and pleasing to behold.
